Founded by Veros, the Predictive Methods Conference (PMC) was first held in Newport Beach, California in June 2001. Attended by more than 100 participants, the success of the first PMC set the precedent for annual summer conferences held in Southern California.
Now in its 9th year, PMC has become the voice of the mortgage industry for the advancement of predictive technology, intelligent decisioning tools and solutions for a variety of salient issues. Accordingly, PMC has grown tremendously from its modest inauguration of top executives from lenders, rating agencies, regulators and technology vendors from America’s leading financial institutions whether private, government or Wall Street. Created out of a need to understand the new advanced technologies and the rapidly evolving market space, PMC educates the mortgage industry by bringing together the brightest minds engaging in the most topical issues and networking with the top executives from every major company in the industry.
The success of PMC is the result of continued dedication and evolution of both the content and the programming. PMC is the only “true” educational and networking conference in the United States for top executives in the mortgage banking space, and its amazing yearly growth is a tribute to its success.

PMC opens the “black box” giving companies the knowledge to fully utilize, test and implement predictive analytics for smarter decisioning.
PMC’s founders believed the industry needed a place where competitors and business associates alike could conduct open dialog on relevant topics, discuss solutions and network with industry experts on topics relative to their business’ success. Driven to this goal year after year, PMC has become a leader in disseminating information through its high-quality presentations, innovative panel discussions and interactive sessions.
